General Information

After business hours (weekdays after 6:00 p.m., or weekends) instructor led training classes for your organization.  Classes should be centered around a single feature or topic within a single product.  See the sample course catalogs on this site for examples.  Class topics should be selected and agreed upon at least two weeks in advance of class.

Discount available for non-profit organizations, advance purchases, and volume purchases.

Rates

Virtual/online/remote delivery - $50/half-hour, minimum one hour.

In-person delivery (with optional online concurrent delivery) - $75/half-hour, minimum one hour.

Payment

Paypal, Venmo, money order, check, cash.

Arrangements can also be made to be paid as a 1099 contractor.

Invoices provided; payment for training services is net 30.

Refunds/Cancellations

Organization may cancel a class up to 24 hours before scheduled class time without penalty.

Refunds will only be granted if an acceptable reschedule date and time cannot be agreed upon.

Payment for virtual tutoring must be received in advance.

Virtual sessions can be cancelled by the student up to one hour before the session with no penalty.

In-person sessions can be cancelled by the student up to two hours before the session with no penalty.
